We would like to inform you of an important update regarding our practice. As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline operations and enhance patient care, Chicago Arbor Eye Institute has made the decision to close our Evergreen Park office, effective August 30, 2024.
While this location has been an integral part of our community, we are confident that this change will allow us to focus on providing the highest quality of care at each of our seven locations. In addition to our nearby offices in Homewood, Merrionette Park, and Orland Park, you also have access to four other locations across Chicago, including our outpatient surgical center at EyeSouth Surgery Center in Oak Lawn.
