Dr. Alison Gottlieb is an optometrist at Chicago Arbor Eye Institute. She grew up in South Carolina, where she attended Clemson University and received her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences with a minor in psychology. She then attended optometry school at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN where she graduated with honors. Following optometry school, Dr. Gottlieb moved to New York City to complete an optometry residency in ocular disease at BronxCare Hospital. Dr. Gottlieb is also a diplomate of the American Academy of Optometry.

Dr. Gottlieb is a Chicago transplant and joined Chicago Arbor Eye Institute in 2022 and is passionate about taking care of patients in the Chicagoland area.

Outside of work, Dr. Gottlieb loves listening to live music, attending comedy shows, trying new restaurants, and exploring the city.
